Cornell University — Guest Lecturer, August 2026. Invited virtual guest lecture for Data Management and Programming in the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy Master’s program in Data Science and Public Policy, followed by student Q&A. The lecture covered my professional trajectory, data and public policy, and the role of data in multilateral institutions.
I am a former Visiting Professor at the University of San Andrés and have taught Economics and Econometrics of Poverty, as well as graduate and undergraduate economics and econometrics courses at San Andrés and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have also spoken at international policy, academic and government forums.
